Sending a travel voucher

After completing a property booking, you can send a custom travel voucher to the traveler in under 20 seconds using the Itinerary Builder. It’s super efficient. Expedia branding is removed and your agency details and important booking details are automatically included.

1. Select Itinerary Builder from the Menu

2. Select the booking

A list of all your bookings will appear. That means you can come back and a send travel voucher for any existing booking at any time. Select the booking that you would like to create a voucher for. If you have many bookings, you can use the search functionality to filter based on the itinerary number, property name, or city.

3. Customize the voucher and hide the details you don’t want to include.

The travel voucher is auto-populated with many of the important details. Before sending it to the traveler, you can edit the information that appears on it - you can add notes or edit the itinerary name; you can also add a service fee and other payment notes.

4. Send the voucher

Once you’re happy with the voucher details, with the click of one more button you can export as a PDF, print, or email to the traveler. Easy!
