Managing and suspending agents

This article is only applicable to Travel Agency Managers.

As a Travel Agency Manager, you can review which agents join your agency and ensure that only your active agents have access to your Expedia TAAP account. To begin, you need to have first invited your agents to create an individual profile within your Expedia TAAP account. You can learn how to invite agents in this article. Once agents have joined your agency account you can then follow the below instructions to manage their access.


1. Go to TAAP Menu

Select Manage Agents from the TAAP Menu dropdown.

2. Suspend or reactivate the agent

To suspend or reactivate an agent profile, deselect or select the checkbox next to their name. The update should take effect immediately. Suspended agents won't be able to access their Expedia TAAP profile.
