Emails coming from Expedia Group will come from the official domains of expediagroup.com, expediapartnersolutions.com, expediataap.com or any of our official regional domains (examples: expediataap.com.ar, expediataap.ca, expeditaap.com.br, expeditaap.cn, expediataap.jp, expediataap.co.kr, expediataap.mx, expeditaap.com.tw, expeditaap.co.uk, expediataap.de, etc.)

If you think you have received a fraudulent email or have been targeted by a scam:

• Do not click on any links in the email or open any attachments.
• Report it to your commercial support contact.
• Delete the email.

3. Remove access when staff leave

If you are an agency manager, ensure that access for users who depart your organization is turned off as close to their departure as possible.

4. Secure your account

All new Expedia TAAP accounts and password resets on existing accounts must meet the following requirements:

• Must contain at least 8 characters
• Must contain both capital and lowercase letters
• Must contain at least one special character
• Must contain at least one number
• Cannot match a recent password

5. Use unique passphrases
