Business rates are available across more than 50,000 properties, with an average 10% nightly rate discount. Depending on the property you choose, these rates may also offer benefits such as:

Last-minute availability
Same-day cancellation options for last-minute changes
Instant booking receipts for easier expensing
Value adds that help business travelers stay productive, comfortable and focused while away from home, including free parking and complimentary breakfast where available

How it works

1. Search for a property

Search for a property in Expedia TAAP as usual.

2. Go to the room selection

Open the property details page and click Select a room, or scroll down the page to the room type selection.

3. Look for the Business amenities badge

Under each room type, look for the green Business amenities badge.

4. View only business rates

To view only the available business rates, click the Business rates button.

5. Review the benefits and book

Review the included benefits with your traveler, and once ready, complete your booking.

FAQs

Are business rates available to every agency and point of sale?

Business rates are available to corporate-only travel agencies across all points of sale. If your agency is corporate-only and business rates do not appear to be enabled, reach out to your account manager for more information.

Can you get business rates for all lines of business?

Business rates only apply to property bookings, excluding vacation rentals. They are not available for flights, car rentals, activities, packages or airport transfers.

Can the traveler earn points through their hotel loyalty program?

Some business rates may be eligible for hotel loyalty points. However, loyalty numbers cannot be entered during booking, and we recommend that travelers check directly with the property at check-in. Expedia TAAP cannot guarantee that points will be accrued by travelers.
