Downloading your monthly commission statement

This article is only applicable to Travel Agency Managers.

We know that it is vital that you're able to check the amount of commission your agents receive for their bookings. Every month, Expedia TAAP provides you with a Commission Statement.

This report offers itinerary-level details for all your agents, including the commission you are due per reservation. You can easily access the statement by logging into your Expedia TAAP account and following the steps below.


1. Go to the TAAP Menu

From the TAAP Menu dropdown, select Commission Statements. Once clicked, you are redirected to the EPS Portal, where your statement's homepage will open. It may take a few seconds for this page to open. statement1


2. Select the report

You can select a year from the dropdown to see your agency's previous commission earnings. By default, the page will load to the most recent year.

Once you've selected the year, the page will refresh and display all statements generated for each month in that year where your agency qualified for a commission payment. statement2

if you want a reminder of your commission levels, click on Incentive Plan.


3. View your commission statements

Find the month you want to view and click on Download. The statement will automatically download as an Excel file. Open it or save it directly onto your device. statement3


4. View unpaid commission reports

The Excel report contains fifteen items of information that help better understand your agency's bookings. Some of these are:

  • Line of business booked: for example, air, car, or property
  • Agent who booked the trip
  • Date the booking was made
  • Gross booking value and commission percentage
  • Credit card used for reservation

Note: The Commission Statement is published monthly, within the first ten business days. This captures the commission that will be paid out that same month.
