Building a hotel as a GDS passive sector

To seamlessly incorporate an Expedia TAAP property booking as a passive sector in the traveler's PNR, it only takes a few clicks. Expedia TAAP offers the GDS entry for Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus, making the process quick and efficient.

1. Click on create travel documents

From the homepage, scroll down to Travel Agent tools and select Create travel documents

2. Select booked itinerary

From the list of trips, select the specific reservation you wish to include in the GDS bookings.

3. Click View as GDS command

In the Itinerary detail click the link View as GDS command

4. Highlight and copy the relevant GDS command

If required, after copying the command, make any changes you need before adding it to the PNR. Once your'e finished, click Close
